Summer holidays are around the corner and ofcourse we want to be beach ready! In this video I bring you guys to a workout with my personal trainer Stephen. I believe we train in a very different way than anyone else but believe me this works the best to tone up your legs and to get a nice inner thigh gap. This workout method is focused on very lean and strong muscles. These very specific excersices on different angles work every small and deep muscle in your body which creates shape and definition instead of a bulky muscle. When my travel schedule allows I try to train my legs at least 4 times a week. Even if I don’t have time, 10 minutes of this will help! I take my elastic bands all over the world so I can do this workout in my hotel room, in the park or in a gym. I hope you guys are gonna try this at home and will feel the burn as much as I do!
