Add in dates and mix until a dough like consistently forms. Add in the rest of your ingredients and process until combined. Depending on how “wet” the mixture is, you may need to add in a bit of plant milk or water to get a dough like consistency. Press into a square container. Top with additional cacao nibs/coconut. Score with a knife where the bars will be and freeze 2-3 hours until hard. Separate bars and keep them in the fridge for when you want to eat them in a sealed dish. ★ Not losing weight on a plant-based diet?
