This is a very difficult video for me to upload (and it was a difficult one for me to make). I need to talk to you guys about some things that have been going on in my life, and things I have been struggling with. I sometimes feel labelled as a "health youtuber" and that's totally fine since I upload healthy lifestyle tips and recipes (which I love to do - I try to follow a healthy lifestyle and diet in my personal life). But at this point, since I am struggling so much with my health at the moment, I feel I need to be completely honest with you and open with you about my health so that I can move forward on this channel. The reason I have not shared this story before is because it's very personal, it's the most difficult thing I have struggled with in my life, and because I don't want to make a video where I sit and moan. By making this video, I'm not moaning about my health, and I know that there are so many people out there who have way worse health issues than I do. I am so grateful for the health that I do have, but I have been struggling with very bad chronic fatigue (as well as other things) since 2009 - and it has flared up again in a bad way. Please be kind in the comments as this is very difficult for me to talk about. I am making this so that you can understand me better, and I know that some of you have health struggles too - so maybe you won't feel alone. And I'm sorry this video is so long - watch it, don't watch it - it's up to you. But I needed to share the entire story (the first half of the video is the thing I am mainly struggling with now, and the second part details my other main health struggles - some that I still deal with on a daily basis.
