A big thank you to Function of beauty for sponsoring this video. #ad CURRY RECIPE - From our Instant pot recipe book 3 potatoes (i use 3 red potatoes and 1 sweet potato) 1/2 can of coconut milk (8 ounces) 2 cups water 1/4 cup each red and green lentils 3 cups vegetables or spinach (or both) 1 tbsp curry powder 1 tsp better than boullion 1/2 red onion diced 3 garlic cloves diced Add everything(except vegetables/greens) into a large pot, bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook 30 minutes. Add in your vegetables or greens and cook until tender. Serve over rice.
