I had to fly back to the Netherlands because we just lost a family member and I wanted to be here with everyone before going back to NYC. The weather is so grey and stormy, but I have so many memories from this amazing vacation to the “Land of Smiles”, Thailand! As much as I miss being on vacation it’s time for me to get back to work. Anyone else have a little vacation/holiday hangover? I’m so glad I captured my vacation for you guys. I have so many wonderful memories I can look back on and guess what… If you guys want I will share the last part of my trip to Bangkok, would you guys like that? I always love to discover as much as possible when I visit new places abroad. The combination of Chiang Mai (Jungle) and Phuket (Beach) is the perfect balance and helped me recharge so much. I think the theme of this vlog should be “Chill”. Has anyone else visited Chiang Mai and Phuket, did you love it? My goal for this trip was to zone out and recharge. I wanted to focus on myself by taking time to workout, eat my favorite foods, relax, and of course build up my Vitamin D! The sun makes me happy and who doesn’t love having a nice little golden tan? In March I want to do a “Wellness Week” and we can all talk about whether or not we have been able to stay on top of our goals. It’ll be fun and all of us can keep one and other accountable.
